Speaker Spotlights – Kate Burtt and Anne McDonnell
We’re pleased to welcome Kate Burtt (left) from Blackbaud and Anne McDonnell (right), founder of Nimbley, who will be presenting together on current trends in payments.
Kate brings over 20 years of F2F fundraising experience from both agency and in-house roles, with a strong focus on donor experience and payment optimisation.
Anne is one of Australia’s leading payments experts, helping not-for-profits improve regular giving and deliver payment gateway, and CRM transformation programs.
Attendees will leave with a clear picture of current payment trends in the sector, what Instant First Debits (IFDs) mean for their program, and practical ways to improve retention and reduce declines.
Don’t miss the chance to gain fresh insight for your F2F campaigns.
